WHERE IS MY ORDER/WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Tracking information for your recent store purchase will be accessible within just 1-2 days of placing the order. Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout, allowing you to monitor your order's delivery status at any point in time.


ARE PRODUCTS TRUE TO SIZE?/WHAT IS THE FIT OF A PRODUCT?/HOW DO I WASH THIS PRODUCT?

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

 

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

  • To be eligible to return your order must have some sort of defect(ex. Wrong size, Damage, Missing Item, Wrong Item, etc)

Items that are lost or damaged during delivery are not eligible for refund by our store. In case of this, please contact the designated delivery carrier for support.
